Registration
Registration should be made via the ASA registration page.

The deadline for early registration was Tuesday, May 15th, and has now passed. Speakers are asked to pay for their registration to help us cover the costs of hosting the conference; their rate is cheaper because usually they are only present at the conference for one day.
The conference cost includes a conference pack, first night pizza and drinks, morning and afternoon tea on both days and the conference dinner.
Lunches are not provided, however the Potters brasserie will have lunch available for $15 (and if you order at morning tea you won't have to wait in the weekend crowds) if you don't want to go off-site. Other lunch options will be detailed closer to the conference.
Financial Aid
In many cases you may obtain financial assistance from your institution (get in early as there may be some competition). It is also possible for people to obtain assistance from the HWWS. Please contact Andrew on the LOC for more information and the application form.
The deadline for applying for financial aid was Sunday the 15th of April.
